Pre-school

As your child enters our pre-school room at approximately 3 years of age, they will continue to follow the EYFS and work towards becoming ’school ready’, whilst still learning through play and having fun.

There is a more structured routine, with children working in groups and becoming accustomed to paying attention for longer periods of time.

Our preschoolers are encouraged to become more independent, inquisitive and have a love for learning.

Being outdoors is a large part of the preschool and we spend a lot of time outside, whether that is in our own garden or on visits around Sevenoaks.

 In non-Covid times we go on weekly visits to Knole Park and the local playground. We also visit the local library and Care Home once a week.
