Fees

Oakley Nursery and Preschool is a full day care setting providing care for children from 3 months to 5 years old.

We are open from 7.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year.
The nursery is closed on public holidays, between Christmas and New Year and for one staff training day a year.

Each day we operate:

  • A full day session from 7.30am to 6.30pm
  • A morning session from 7.30am to 1.00pm
  • An afternoon session from 1.00pm to 6.30pm

Our standard daily fees from April 2023 are:

Under 2

  • Full day rate:£85.76
  • Morning rate:£50.45
  • Afternoon rate:£47.93

Over 2

  • Full day rate:£80.71
  • Morning rate:£46.66
  • Afternoon rate:£44.14
  • No registration fee.
  • We offer a 10% discount for children attending at least five days a week.
  • A 10% sibling discount is offered for the eldest child.
  • Fees are due in advance and payable on the 1st day of the month.
  • Late collection fees are charged at £15 for the first fifteen minutes, then £5 for every subsequent ten minutes.
  • A late payment fee of £25 may be applied to fees paid after the due day.
  • Talk to us for further information if your child is eligible for government funding for 2+ year olds or for 3+ year olds for 15 or 30 hours a week, for 38 weeks of the year.

We will provide everything your child needs during the day, including:

  • Nappies, wipes and nappy cream
  • Sun cream
  • Milk – cow, formula, soya or goat as required
  • Nutritionally balanced meals and snacks throughout the day

All that we ask is that you bring a spare pair of clothes each day.

Do you need flexible childcare?

Our Oakley-Flex scheme is a new scheme to help with the modern way of working. We ask you to commit to a minimum of 8 sessions per month, you then let us know by 4pm on Thursday, which sessions you want to book for the following week. Sessions can be a mix of full days, mornings or afternoons.
